Aircraft Hardware West is committed to the highest standards in all aspects of its business and especially with its Quality Management System. Since June of 2007, Aircraft Hardware West has been listed on the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia’s (DSCP) Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD). In early 2010, DSCP conducted a standard surveillance audit for renewal of AHW’s QSLD status.
According to DSCP, qualified distributors must:
“Demonstrate that the controls which they have in-place and use on a daily basis comply with the established QSL Criteria, providing maximum assurance that the products procured conform to specification requirements.”
AHW is very proud to have quickly received its 3-year QSLD renewal after the DSCP audit. Chris Vaughn, AHW’s Quality Management Supervisor says, “Our Quality System is solid. DSCP’s quick and positive response to the audit is a testament to AHW’s Quality Management System. We have a proven record of excellence.”
