World Marketing has been providing specialized metal and plastic placards to the Airline Interior Industry for over 30 years. Some of World Marketing’s top clients include The Zodiac Companies, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin. World Marketing will assure Aircraft Hardware West’s continued and lively expansion in Airline Interior commerce and trade.

With a record year of annual sales in 2010, Aircraft Hardware West has steadily grown its nine year old business functioning primarily as a distributor of specialized aircraft fasteners. The company continues to expand with the purchase of World Marketing by adding another key business function: manufacturing. “It’s always exciting to seize new business opportunities when they present themselves,” says AHW President/CEO Frank Ioffrida. “As a chemical engineer I have always enjoyed partnering with manufacturers in the design of new products that AHW could then distribute. Acquiring World Marketing gives us the great ability to combine design, production and distribution of products in demand from our existing customers.”

As of Monday, June 6 2011, World Marketing will operate under the same name out of a 2000 square foot building adjacent to Aircraft Hardware West in Long Beach, CA. The newly renovated facility and dedicated sales staff will bring a level of customer service and quality that surpass the standard in the metal placard industry.
