FRANK IOFFRIDA, CEO & PRESIDENT

After extensive study in chemical engineering and materials science, Frank Ioffrida started his career working hands-on in the aerospace industry. It was in design and development at Rockwell International and Eaton Corporation that Frank came to understand the needs of his customers first hand. As COO of MEG Tech in 1991 he used that knowledge to successfully expand into a variety of new markets, growing the company from $300,000 to $6 million in just six years. In June of 2002 Frank founded AHW with a vision to bring a higher level of service and reliability to the aircraft hardware industry. As CEO, Frank remains committed and personally involved in building successful relationships by working closely with the AHW sales staff and each individual client.

KRISTA IOFFRIDA, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Since the founding of AHW, Krista has been instrumental in establishing business processes vital to support AHW’s rapid growth. Along with being Operations Manager, Krista is also the acting Sales and Marketing Manager. Her accomplishments include the development and implementation of quality control procedures specific to ISO 9001 certification and the creation of the AHW website. Krista graduated from California State University Long Beach in 2007 with a triple major in Business Marketing, Management, and Operations Management and plans to return to school for her MBA in 2011. Her most recent endeavors are to expand the product lines and services offered by AHW including airline decals, tool repair services, and inventory management programs.

NICOLE FAULKNER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Nicole upgraded and retooled all the financial processes at AHW. In so doing she provided the financial infrastructure to support AHW's rapid growth during its first three years of operation. She even set up the initial business processes, including general ledger and chart of accounts. Today Nicole manages all the financial activities, oversees the daily accounting duties, and consults on planning and growth opportunities.  She’s also in the process of completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.

JAMIE DIMEO, QUALITY DIRECTOR (QMR)

In April of 2011, Jamie DiMeo was promoted to the position of Quality Management Representative. From her start with AHW in 2006, Jamie has held various department positions within the company. This experience has allowed her to develop a well-rounded knowledge base of the processes that are necessary for a structured, quality-focused organization. As the Quality Management Representative, she is continually looking for ways to improve business processes with the aim to meet and exceed AHW's business and quality objectives. Jamie is well versed in the Aerospace Standard AS9120 and continually monitors the quality system to ensure AHW is meeting and exceeding the strict standards. Jamie’s attention to detail and drive for perfection, make her a valuable asset to the quality department and to AHW as a whole.

CHRIS VAUGHN, QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

While concurrently working towards an engineering degree, Chris joined the team at AHW as Quality Assurance Manager in the beginning of 2008. His experience and invaluable mechanical skills contribute to his abilities as Quality Assurance Manager. Chris works together with the Operations Manager to continually improve and maintain specific quality control procedures, providing the highest level of quality to AHW’s customers.

CHANTHOEUN MUON, WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Muon came to AHW with experience in the shipping/receiving industry, which has proven to be a great asset to AHW.  Muon's experience and attention to detail quickly moved him to the position of Warehouse Supervisor.  Rising quickly, in a very brief year and a half, he was promoted to Warehouse Manager.  Muon plays an instrumental role in the daily operations of shipping and receiving, inventory management and also the training of incoming employees.

MARK PIATELLI, GOVERNMENT SALES

Mark joined AHW in 2009 and is quickly bringing his organizational and creative skills to good use as a Sales and Marketing Associate. Focusing mainly on Government sales, he is overseeing the daily processing and order fulfillment for all Government contracts. His attention to detail and quality control have been instrumental in putting AHW on track in 2009 for a record year in earnings in Government sales. After receiving a Bachelors Degree from Yale University, Mark got a Masters in Fine Arts from California State University of Long Beach in 2006. He also assists in the design and maintenance of our website, contributing monthly news articles and promoting special events.

TODD GOETZ, GENERAL AVIATION SALES

After graduating from Menlo College in 2006, Todd joined the team at AHW with the goal to quickly progress his career into sales. In order to increase his knowledge of the aircraft industry, Todd started working as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This proved to be an invaluable step to sales as Todd quickly expanded his knowledge of all the angles of the aircraft & commercial hardware industry. In 2007, Todd became a valuable asset to the sales department as a friendly sales representative to our general aviation and commercial customers.

ALEXANDER PICARELLI, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

After his June, 2011 graduation from Concordia University in Irvine, CA with a degree in Business Finance, Alexander Picarelli joined AHW full time in Customer Service. Alexander brings knowledge of the aircraft hardware business gained from his many summers packaging parts part time both at AHW and at grandfather’s distributorship. His focus will be overseeing several AHW customer accounts while assisting in many other sales office functions such as quoting and processing orders.

CAROLE OLSON, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE REPRESENTATIVE

AHW hired Carole Olson in the summer of 2011 to fill the Accounts Payable position. In addition to her Accounts Payable responsibilities Carole is assuming the duties of Controller as well. She joins AHW after working predominantly in the medical field;  four years as Clinical Supervisor at Beverly Oncology and Imaging Clinic in Huntington Beach and seventeen years as Finance and Operations Manager at the similarly named company,  Beverly Hills Radiation Oncology,  Prior to that she worked for four years in accounting at Matrix Science. With her extensive background and wide ranging skill set, Carole is suitably qualified for her new position.

HEATHER TELLEZ, ZODIAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Heather was a stay at home mother of three for over 17 years before she joined the AHW team. She began working at AHW as a part-time office assistant in 2008 and with great enthusiasm towards her job she quickly moved up to Sales Associate. Her accomplishments include helping support a newly acquired contract with C&D Aerospace, which has now become one of AHW's largest account. Today she manages all the C&D Aerospace transactions and provides invaluable assistance by handling all the customer follow-ups and customer service issues.

MARGERET EDDY, ZODIAC SALES ASSISTANT

Margeret Eddy joins our AHW ranks as a part time Sales Assistant working directly in support of our expanding C&D Aerospace Account. After nineteen years of experience as a full-time mother of three, plus seven years as a Recreational Aide, Margaret is quickly applying her many skills such as organization, efficiency and focus to her new position.

KELLY JENKINS, WORLD MARKETING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

In the spring of 2011 Kelly Jenkins joined AHW as a Sales Associate. She quickly demonstrated her many competencies including being able to manage large accounts with ease. When AHW purchased World Marketing in April of 2011, Kelly’s Photoshop abilities allowed her to move seamlessly into her new position as World Marketing’s Sales and Customer Service Representative.

LESLIE BALDERAS, PURCHASING ADMINISTRATOR

AHW is pleased to have Leslie Balderas fill its new and very integral position of Purchasing Administrator. With over five years of purchasing experience, Leslie brings a wealth of knowledge and the necessary skills to her position, and she is quickly and effectively making a difference. Leslie’s main responsibilities are managing the increasing number of orders placed by the purchasing department, procuring pricing, following-up on delivery times and assisting with the purchasing budget.

CAROL GUERRERO, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

AHW’s newest addition to the accounting department is Carol Guerrero. Prior to her current position here at AHW, Carol has had over twenty years of accounting and customer service experience. Her experience brings great attention to detail and the exceptional customer service we strive for at Aircraft Hardware West. She handles all the daily duties in Account's Receivable which include invoice inquiries, collecting, cash receipts and other various aspects of accounts receivable.
