AHW's knowledgeable staff is available to offer expert technical support with all your aircraft and industrial applications, including fastener and part design recommendations, on-the-phone support of all Mil-Spec parts, even specific recommendations on materials and styles.
 
 

Inventory Management

AHW reviews each customer’s requirements and proposes a program that is specific to its needs. Programs implemented include processes such as JIT, 2 bag, and Kan Ban systems.  Call your technical support specialist for an appointment to review your specific needs.

Consignment Programs

AHW offers consignment programs designed to help reduce inventory costs by allowing you to store hardware at your facility without owning it.  Hardware is not billed until the parts are used for production. 

Customized Kitting

AHW offers customized kitting services including specific bar code labeling. Kitting services include detail reports to allow easy use and traceability.  This service allows you to reduce costs by cutting down on receiving time, on time spent purchasing, and by reducing time spent pulling product for production. 

Barcoding

Utilizing the Zebra Link Z6M bar coding system, AHW will design bar coding specific to customer requirements.  This can include all information that will facilitate receiving, identification during use, and traceability back to AHW.

Tool Repair

AHW offers a variety of Avdel tooling services, starting with evaluations for new and existing part installations and service recommendations for tools requiring repair.  We offer in-house tool repair, with tool loaners available during the services process, along with new tooling sales and leasing options to suit your needs.
