Terms & Conditions

T&C of Sale:

1. No Returns will be accepted by Aircraft Hardware West, Inc. unless authorized with an RMA number.
2. Shortages must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
3. Defective Material must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Liability is limited to replacement of, or credit for, such material and in no case shall exceed the invoice value for such material.
4. Accommodating returns must be requested within 30 days. A 20% fee will apply, with a minimum of $50.
5. RMA’s must be stated on all returns and credits.
